Shipping and Returns
When will I get my order?
  For shipments by Ground, there is a 1-2 business day processing window.  Once the order is shipped, please refer to the transit map below for the number of business days for delivery:

For USPS Priority Mail, there is a 1-2 business days processing window.  Once the order is shipped, it takes 2-3 business days in transit for delivery.

If you need to rush an order, please select from one of our expedited services.  Orders will generally be shipped by the next business day.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
How do I return an item? What is your return policy?
  You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

All returns must include a copy of the invoice and a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.  You must contact us to obtain an RMA form.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the problem was due to our error.

Returned items must be accompanied with all the original packaging, accessories, and free gift(s), if applicable.

Returned items must be well-packed to avoid damage during transportation. Improper packaging on returned items by the buyer resulting in damages will be denied.

All returned items will be inspected prior to processing a refund or an exchange.  Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.

If your item is damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt and we will file a shipment claim with the carrier on your behalf.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
