Description Item Specs   Excalibur is by far the most famous sword in Medieval European history. This was not the sword drawn from the stone, but another sword given to Arthur by the Lady of lake. It is interesting to note that Excalibur was not the original name of the sword but came around from French Romancers. The original name was Caladfwlch from the ancient Welsh language meaning Hard Lightening. Latter the name became Caliburn and finally what we know today, Excalibur. Own the Legend. This is the Second Generation Excalibur Sword. Overall Length: 40.5 " Blade: Unsharpened Blade Length: 32.5 " Blade Material: 440 Stainless Steel Handle Length: 7 " Accessories: Scabbard Condition: Brand new Features Blade: The blade of the sword is polished 440 Stainless Steel with a slightly sharpened edge and a sharp point. Scabbard: The scabbard of the sword is wooden with a black imitation leather wrap. Guard: The guard is golden built solid with two eagles at the Quillon. A complex Celtic pattern decorates each arm of the guard. At the tip of each arm is a red dragon. Handle: The handle is wire wrapped with a solid golden pommel. The pommel is a circle design with a red dragon in the center and the name of the sword around the border.
