You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
All returns must include a copy of the invoice and a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. You must contact customer service to obtain an RMA form.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the problem was due to our error.
Returned items must be accompanied with all the original packaging, accessories, and free gift(s), if applicable.
Returned items must be well-packed to avoid damage during transportation. Improper packaging on returned items by the buyer resulting in damages will be denied.
All returned items will be inspected prior to processing a refund or an exchange. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.
If your item is damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt and we will file a shipment claim with the carrier on your behalf.
