This is the Fourteenth Century Churburg Armor 16 Gauge Brass Decoration Replica. This armor is a reproduction of what was considered the most advanced plate armor at the time and is specifically made for jousting. The actual historical example from the Churburg collection in Italy was most likely made for Ulrich IV von Matsch. This is a faithful reproduction and features a lance rest, a reinforced stop-rib to help deflect lance blows away from the neck and face, as well as brass decorations that are riveted securely onto the armor. This armor not only looks good but you can be confident that it is functional as well.
