This knife is opened with one hand utilizing thumb pressure applied to a thumb stud. This knife does not open with a button or any type of mechanism. The knife has a detent that provides resistance that must be overcome to open the knife. This knife is not a switch blade according to California Law (Penal Code 653k).

This is a beautiful Spring Assist Opening Wood Handled Folding Knife.

Features

-The blade is black 440 Stainless Steel with a razor sharp edge, false upper edge.
-A thumb bolt and Spring Assist Opening allows the knife to be opened one handed.
-The knife features a 440 stainless steel locking liner.
-The opening mechanism is extremely smooth and can be adjusted by a Torq wrench.
-The handle of the knife is black 440 stainless steel with a black wood cover. A belt clip is at the end of the handle.
-This knife is built to last.
