This is the Medieval 20 Gauge Steel Greaves Leg Plate Armor Pair Large LARP Cosplay. Greaves are a form of leg protection that started off as simple pieces of animal hide tied around the calves. As weapon and armor technology advanced, and metal production advanced, that brought about stronger and more durable armor. This pair of leg greaves are made of 20 gauge steel and has leather straps for secure mounting to the leg. This armor is made for costume and prop purposes only and is not functional.
