Tsukamaki/Customization Warranty
	We are very proud to be able to offer our tsukamaki repair and customization services to our customers and have the utmost confidence as to its quality. That is why we offer our customers a ninety-day warranty. This covers all workmanship and material flaws that could be present. We guarantee our customizations will arrive at your door in excellent condition. If you are dissatisfied with our workmanship in any way, please contact us. Please remember that swords and their accoutrements are not indestructible. Training should be done under proper instruction and supervision, such as in a dojo environment and performed on proper, traditional materials. Additionally, swords should be cared for properly, undergoing a thorough regular cleaning and inspection routine. With this in mind, we believe our products will stand the test of time. Our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear or improper use (as deemed by our staff). Improper use includes but is not limited to: Destruction tests Abuse/misuse of the sword, such as trying to cut down trees, 55 gallon drums, tanks, cinder blocks, etc. Excessive wear and tear (due to normal use or otherwise) Negligence or accident Warranty valid for invoiced customer only and a transaction receipt will be required.
